Blue Gems Swim School is Chicagoland's premier boutique family-owned swimming school focusing on an infant, children, and adult learn to swim lessons as well as a variety of progressive aquatic development programs.

Requirements:

Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
Prior synchronized swimming and/or swimming experience preferred
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide synchronized swimming and swim instruction based on the Blue Gems Swim School curriculum
Assist with creating choreography for routines
Attend and assist athletes during competitions
Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents
Assess student progress and complete required paperwork
Effectively communicate progress and feedback to students and their parents or guardians, ensure customer satisfaction
Report issues to management as appropriate
Place and remove lane lines, perform light cleaning duties around the pool deck
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
